Clemmons Branch Library events for the week of Sept. 22

Youth programs

• Storytime: Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. — Featuring books and singalongs. This fall, storytimes will alternate between being held outdoors and on Zoom, but online registration through the library website is required for both formats. On Sept. 23, story time will be in the library courtyard, and on Sept. 30 it will be on Zoom.

• Zoom Preschool Crafts: Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. — Join in every Wednesday on Zoom at 11:30 a.m. for a preschool craft project. On Sept. 29, learn how to create your own chameleon. Supplies will be listed on the website ahead of time and a limited quantity of supply kits will be available for pickup the week before the program. • Teen Talk Thursdays: Every other Thursday at 4 p.m. – Part art club, part virtual hangout. All teens, all the time. Sept. 23 will be Hobbit Day on Zoom. The group will play Tolkien Trivia and create a hobbit-inspired craft. Visit the library website to sign up.
