Softgolf championship at Tanglewood Park

Softgolf will host its third World Softgolf Championship at Tanglewood Park on Oct. 3.

The age and division brackets are as follows:

• 7-11

• 12-17

• 18-64

• 65 and older

• Wheelchair

The championship will be at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 3 (shotgun start). The rain date will be Oct. 10 at 1 p.m.

Tournament players will play 18 holes (two rounds) and champions in each division will receive either the Blanche Baldorossi or Ray Baldorossi Sr. trophy named after Ray’s parents and co-founders of Softgolf. Blanche will be there to kick off the tournament and give the trophies to the winners. At a spry 93, her energy and enthusiasm will enthrall you.
